Although both old alumni are in their 80s, they are energetic and physically fit, and are very excited about the arrival of undergraduate students. The two old alumni looked back affectionately on their years of studying at PLA Military Institute of Engineering, and felt that the school has top-notch academic atmosphere and learning style, and the level of teachers’ teaching and students’ effort were first-class. Especially the two old alumni mentioned that after graduation, they bravely shouldered heavy responsibilities, overcame various difficulties, and ultimately made their own contributions to certain aspects of the national defense technology field through extraordinary efforts. Although they made many sacrifices back then, they still have no regrets.

After the event, everyone unanimously believed that by listening to the stories and teachings of the alumni, they deeply felt their loyalty to the Party and the country in the depths of their souls. They have made outstanding contributions to the cause of national defense technology, but they have no regrets or grievances. In the future, we will definitely follow the examples of our two alumni, bravely undertake our mission, work hard, and make our own contributions to a technological powerhouse.
